Find and check the business
Before you sign anything
E-2 visa services for treaty investors and their attorneys. We help you find, value and check a U.S. business, then prepare the custom E-2 business plan, expert opinion letters and evaluations your attorney files, all telling the same story.
Want to buy a business for your E-2 visa, or start one? Most E-2 providers handle one piece and leave you to stitch the rest together. We cover the whole path, working alongside your immigration attorney and a vetted network of business brokers, valuation professionals and CPAs.

An E-2 officer reads your business plan, your background and your employee's qualifications together, and makes judgment calls on terms like "essential skills" and "ability to develop and direct."
